After much consideration we have taken the difficult decision to close at 9pm
on Friday 20th March until further notice.
This is in line with the Government’s announcement that schools will close on the
same date in an effort to curb the continued spread of the COVID-19 virus.
Please look at our social media platforms and website for further updates.
We would like to thank everyone for their continued support. We hope you
stay safe during this difficult time

There are many benefits that both boys and girls can take from gymnastics these include strength, stamina, agility, balance not to mention the necessity for great personal control and discipline. All of these are fantastic life skills that will help with development of young and old alike.

BADGES, CAMPS & COMPETITIONS
Our gymnastics classes are progressive in nature and all of our gymnasts are welcome to participate in the BAGA awards scheme as a way of measuring their development. This is not just recreational gymnastics but developmental with 2 separate squad classes and annual competitions for all gymnasts to take part in. Recent competitions include the floor, beam and vault. All gymnasts are separated by ability and therefore compete on as level a playing field as possible. Our gymnasts will also put on demonstrations and performances for parents to come and view.
We have some fantastic apparatus at Aurora gymnastics and with our continued investment gymnastics can only improve. Our current facility enables us to coach, vault, asymmetric bars, beam, floor, trampet, rhythmic and we are in the process of hopefully adding a 9m tumble track to our equipment list to really help develop the floor skills of our young gymnasts.
